Julian Vagg graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and was admitted to practice in 1995.

Julian's key area of expertise is in relation to all real estate and commercial property matters. His work has variously involved the acquisition, sale and development and development of high rise residential and office buildings, rural properties, retail shopping centres and hotels, project finance, construction law, and mortgage establishment, management and documentation.

In addition to working closely with both vendors and acquirers, he has also acted on behalf of a number of banks and related lending institutions in respect of commercial and consumer lending transactions.

Julian has established strong relationships with financiers, builders and developers, real estate agents, valuers, town planners, accountants and other consultants who operate within and around the property and finance industry.
