Fiona Marriot has been practising as a corporate lawyer since her admission to practice in February 2007, following gaining a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from LaTrobe University.

Prior to joining Oakley Thompson & Co, she spent time with Trindade Farr and Pill, a specialist firm of workplace relations lawyers. During this time, she gained considerable expertise in the Workchoices legislation, unfair dismissal and industrial disputes.

Other areas of expertise include commercial law, property law, criminal law and advocacy.
