Elly Jackson is currently undergoing her articles with Oakley Thompson & Co and will be admitted to practice in March 2009. She has been employed by the Firm since June 2006, working as a part-time legal clerk whilst completing her Bachelor of Law.

Elly works primarily in the commercial department, however, has also gained experience in the conveyancing department and the wills and estates department at the Firm. She is engaged mostly in matters relating to commercial leasing and franchising, however has also assisted in the drafting of prospectuses, due diligence enquiries, share transfers, intellectual property matters, and various contractual and business related transactions.
